2020 is marked by the emergence of the COVID 19 pandemic, which conditioned the execution of the planned promotion plan for the WPT brand, with results, in a transversal way, far below expectations.

Compared to 2019, there were 1.042 fewer participations, representing a 63% drop in the total number of actions carried out. Of these actions, there were 31 fewer producers, that is, 47% less than in 2019. In 2020, 69 fewer producers participated, representing a drop of 22% compared to the previous year.
We believe that this is a consequence of an atypical year in terms of wine promotion, so any other conclusions that may be drawn may be affected by errors of analysis.
