- The parties agree that purchases and registrations made through the aforementioned website are governed by these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the application of the General Conditions for Participation in Events and the specific conditions defined for each event, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict or specific provision.
Article 1 – Purpose
- The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all necessary information for the user regarding the procedures for registration, ordering, sale, payment, and participation in events organized by ViniPortugal, available on the website.
- These terms govern all steps necessary to complete the purchase and/or registration for events and ensure the provision of services to the user.
- Registration for ViniPortugal events also implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for Participation in ViniPortugal Events currently in force.
Article 2 – Ordering and Registration
- The user places an order by completing the purchase process displayed on the website, adding the desired service(s) to the shopping cart.
- To place an order, the user must: a) Register on the website by providing the requested information; b) Log in using the credentials provided during registration; c) Complete the required information and select the available options (billing information, payment method, etc.).
- The user’s final confirmation of the order constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- ViniPortugal undertakes to fulfill the orders received, unless unavailability is duly communicated.
- The user is solely responsible for the information contained on the invoice.
- If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the order will not be guaranteed.
Article 3 – Payments
- The website offers the following payment methods through a certified provider (Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento, Lda): a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard); b) ATM reference number; c) Bank transfer.
- Os pagamentos por cartão são processados por entidades certificadas, garantindo a segurança das transações através de protocolos de encriptação e mecanismos de autenticação, incluindo, quando aplicável, sistemas de autenticação forte (ex.: 3D Secure).
- For credit card payments, the charge will be processed after the transaction is confirmed.
Article 4 – Provision of the Service
The service will be made available after payment is confirmed, subject to the specific terms and conditions provided to the user during the registration process for each event.
Article 5 – Prices
- Prices are listed in euros (€), including taxes and fees at the applicable legal rate.
- In the event of a price change, the user will be informed before the order is completed.
Article 6 – Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address geral@viniportugal.pt and must comply with the General Terms and Conditions for Participation in ViniPortugal Events and the specific conditions applicable to each event; no general deadline is set, as this depends on the specific rules of each event.
- Refunds will be issued, whenever possible, via the same payment method.
- ViniPortugal undertakes to issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days after the request is validated.
Article 7 – Privacy Policy
- The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable law, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- The data collected is used for order processing, payment management, and communication with the user.
